I'd only like to add that both of Carrey's parents, his brother, and now his sister have passed in their 60s. Jim is now 62, and it doesn't seem his family has any "longetivity genes".

That’s 4 of her siblings now dead, but she has 7 others so shouldn’t affect her too badly.

KP Sharma Oli (Prime Minister of Nepal 2015-2016, 2018-2021) Hospitalised every four months for different reasons that have this far included pneumonia, chest pain, kidney problems, checkups, increased heart rate etc. He has also had atleast two kidney transplants.

KP Sharma Oli's father Mohan Prasad Oli hospitalised with lung complications. "Stable"

KP (who is again Nepal's Prime Minister) is 72 but looks shit. Never would I have guessed he's got a living father.

Man United have announced the death of their long serving Receptionist Kath Phillips at the age of 85. Must have been quite sudden I’m sure she was still working this year

Oh no, not receptionist Kath!

A DDP pick for 12 teams once a QO inevitably comes within the next hour or two.

Partly as it generates a lot of clicks etc but also because a lot of the media had met her when they went there to interview players and the manager etc over the years

The big question on my mind is will receptionist Kath get the Candle in the Wind treatment from Elton, just like Marilyn and Diana?

Yes. BBC World Service just interrupted their coverage of Syria to express their condolences to her family.

Ah bugger! Kath was pencilled in to be the Joker in my "Football Club Receptionists" theme team in 2025.

Oh well, I'll just have to go with Donna from Sheffield United instead
