Our nation is more divided. Even in death, we still hold grudges, it's terrible. Only the right mourned reagan's death and only the left will mourn a democrat's death. Bush Sr. was liked 100x more than Bush Jr. because, you know, the economy didn't crash and we weren't losing two wars we arguably should have never been in. I think Bush's death will be more widely covered than Ford's but not as much as Reagan's. However, most people are either NWO conspiracy theorists and will celebrate his death and the rest will be sligtly saddened or indifferent. There is a lot of media coverage of his health, but not enough for the public to really pay attention until he actually dies.

He will need to be pretty trim and fit for that -respect to him. But let's just hope he doesn't have any more mishaps flying planes.

Even though she will obit, Sister In Law of Former President seems a pretty low bar for someone having their own page in the forum.

In my mind individual threads should be reserved for those people who have actually been on the Deathlist and everybody else should be in a category thread.

I saw it later. I still don't rate it, but Europe will have it's say and if a Buddhist monkey song wins, it wins.

I know, but I would say it's because he only served one term and probably didn't think he could pass any socially conservative bills and still be popular enough for 1992, or he just simply didn't have enough time. Then again, he won the Gulf War with a booming economy and still lost.

I don't concur surprise surprise! A key surviving member of one of the world's most famous and influential (in the US) political dynasties in the 20th century. If JFKS daughter Caroline was diagnosed as terminally ill I think she'd be a contender for the deathlist and thus her own thread. Yet being somebody's daughter is no more noteworthy than being somebody's widow (that's a key part of her fame being Bobby Kennedys widow) or sister in law. Their both first order members of an extremely world famous family and thus in appropriate circumstances could have their own threads with little controversy. Their a bit like an American royal family. Princess Alice of Gloucester had her own thread and what did she do but marry into a political Dynasty, become the King's Sister in law and first hand witness the abdication crisis? So no I'm not persuaded by your argument but obviously respect your right to disagree!

Goodness yes there's no doubt in my mind about that! I think every national UK newspaper would report her passing and all the broadsheets would give her a full obituary. She was at the epicentre of one of America's most famous political dynasties or clans.

On a few Star Wars sites (yes, I was looking for Last Jedi spoilers), fans are saying that as well as all her drug and alcohol problems, Carrie drank six cans of Coca Cola every day. It seems it was a miracle she lived as long as she did. Leia succumbed to the evil Empire in the end - of the Coca Cola Company.

Aaawww no.... You're pretty definite with this? I would love you to "hold the keys" of it all, but to share the responsibilities more. I mean, the most stress it at the beginning of the year, isn't it? Maybe recruit one or two other people to do that work with you? Edit: At least for now, I think it's too early to already call the Theme Team League. Francis of Arse-Easy will get more hits, I think. I'll need 1-2 more hits to win. On the other hand, I'll retire Shameless for the (hopefully) next DDP, because, yes, I do think I will win, and I think Shameless will always win the Theme Team League whenver it enters. It has already made it's gigantic, rotten impact on deadpooling and deserves to die itself.
