You'd have to weigh two factors against each other: 1. Cell division is (generally) slower at 90 than 50, so that alone would contribute to a longer survival time; but 2. Nonagenarians typically are less resilient and have more co-morbidities that shorten their expected survival time and might also mean that doctors are not able to pursue an agressive course of treatment (intensive chemotherapy, extensive surgery etc.). The net effect can vary, but for most cancers, age is an adverse prognostic factor.

No. 2017 is lame as a duck, but not the proverbial lame duck. As a duck which is lame because it stepped on a land mine or somewhat.

These Reddit types can't even get film spoilers right, so I wouldn't worry about them finding out about top secret government conspiracies.

Phil Chevron of The Pogues was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2007, he didn't die until 2013. Took a couple of years for Nick Curran to die.

Elton John has ended the feud with his 90-year old mother: http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/sir-elton-john-ended-bitter-7325466 Trying to reconcile before her death? (Yeah, the suggestion is his mom, not Elton) Counterargument: She had double-hip replacement last month and recovered.
