Here’s something a happy thing for this thread for a change: My grandparents (the ones that I stay at on my vacation) owned a dog for six years. Neither of them really want him, so our family is now getting him. His name is Scamp, and he’s a very lovely dog. Here’s a picture of him (and yes, that is my hand petting him).

They had 3 UK Top 40 hits - Planet Caravan, the aforementioned I'm Broken, and Walk, which sticks in the mind mostly because of ECW. 14 years since Dimebag died? Blimey. I remember exactly where I was when I heard that news, though as I was having lunch with one of his old friends who'd spoken to him only 2 days previously, that's sort of a memory booster. It's a small world.

Peter Falk passed away of Alzheimer's disease and died yesterday on 23rd June 2011, nearly five months ago today, at the age of 2011. He has Alzheimer's so might be worth a shout on next year's shopping list. Happy birthday to the legend, I loved him in The Shawshank Redemption.

An Englishman goes on his honeymoon with his wife in France. On the first night they were there the concierge notices the man leave the hotel late in the evening with all his fishing gear. He thinks to himself, "this is very strange behaviour for a man on his honeymoon." The next night the man leaves the hotel at the same time and again the concierge notices this and thinks it is very strange. The next night it happens again so the concierge decides to go and talk to the man. "Excusez-moi monsieur, but you are on your honeymoon with your new wife ne c'est pas?" "Yes, that's right" "Well, monsieur, it izz far from me to tell you how to live your life, ahh but it is customary for a man on his honeymoon to spend ze evening making love to his wife" "I'm afraid that is impossible because she suffers from terrible herpes." "Oh monsieur. monsieur I am so sorry to hear this. But monsieur, you have heard of such a thing as oral sex?" "I'm afraid that is out of the question as well as she suffers from terrible gingivitis." "Oh monsieur, monsieur, monsieur, this is terrible," says the concierge. But he thinks, in for a penny in for a pound. "Well have you ever tried ze anal sex?" "Can't she has haemmorrhoids." "Oh monsieur, monsieur, monsieur, monsieur. I am so sorry to hear of all zis. But if you permit me one question. Why would a man such as yourself marry a woman, so .......afflicted?" "Well, she has worms as well and it is the best damn bait I've ever used!"

This month will be tough, although we still have 12 days left. Xxxtentacion may have not impacted the older generations but he is definitely the most significant for younger people. You'll also continue to hear about his death in the news in the search for his killer. Kate Spade revolutionized fashion and her handbags are iconic. Her name is also the most recognizable imo. Anthony Bourdain was a fixture on CNN with Parts Unknown and other famous shows. He definitely reached people more often than Spade or Xxxtentacion. I'm sure there are also arguments for Grantham or Krauthammer when he goes, but right now, in the end, I think Xxxtentacion's could be more significant, or at least for me.

When other players get to needing only two to finish. I will point it out. RA got a unique hit early in the last game and it still lasted nearly 18 months.

I think we can safely assume any film released before 1918's Station Content has achieved the clean sweep. (Station Content still has one surviving cast member nearly a century later, as Fay McKenzie appeared in it when she was only a few weeks old, and turns 100 in two weeks!)
