2 pointsI am genuinely shocked he'd have never have appeared on the DDP if not for my theme team. In fact, finding that out (his lack of previous DDP picks) was the reason I came up with the team in the first place. RIP.

2 pointsI am in the same boat. I don't wish death upon her, but when she dies, that will be a HUGE historical day unlike any we've seen in our lifetime, so it does get the heart pumping a bit.

2 pointsI came across an old show called One Step Beyond (*cue sax*) which ran from 1959-61. Each of the episodes follows someone who is in a haunted place/dealing with ghosts/aliens/creepy paranormal stuff. It was an anthology series and therefore had a total of 670 actors (including the creator and narrator, John Newland). 531 out of 670 of them are known to have died. 2 pointsHere is a full report you can access on a Welsh news site: https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/what-happen-queen-dies-14868813 Is it wrong that I am starting to find the anticipation for this exciting?! It is going to be such a monumental world event that hasn't happened in the lifetime of most of the population. I also like the fact that we don't know when it will happen: it could be tomorrow, or it could be ten years from now.

1 pointHis mayors and vice mayors might be worth a theme team in something. They keep cropping up on wiki and its a fairly high return rate, offed by Dutertes death squads. https://m.gulfnews.com/news/asia/philippines/philippine-official-denies-targeting-of-mayors-in-drug-war-1.2247666 Re the big fla himself, he says he'll resign if someone can prove the existence of God. Evidence allowed includes a selfie https://m.gulfnews.com/news/asia/philippines/duterte-vows-to-resign-if-anybody-can-prove-god-exists-1.2247654

1 pointI don't know why they just dont go into Phuket or somewhere like that, corral a bunch of elderly German/English/US Paedos, tell them there are a bunch of boys waiting for them and they only have to go and get them out. I'd say they would have them all out of that cave within the fucking hour.

1 pointI'm not going to try and guess which 25 are debuting/returning to the list until around November/December, however, I'm going to say my opinion on which of this year's squad should return to the list if no one else dies (note, it's my opinion rather than what the committee will actually do if all of these people survive). Centenarians (or will be centenarians next year): 1. Kirk Douglas 2. Herman Wouk 3. Olivia de Haviland 4. Lord Peter Carrington 5. Vera Lynn Old people that could be potential bedblockers in the future (though I think a few of these are on the way out, those people are *): 6. Prince Philip 7. JPCD (he's on 5 lists already, would be a waste to drop at this point imo) 8. Stan Lee* 9. Bob Dole* 10. Robert Mugabe 11. George Bush Sr* 12. Henry Kissinger 13. Denis Norden Those who are old but are ill enough to stay on the list: 14. Stirling Moss 15. Leslie Phillips 16. Neil Simon Those who aren't necessarily old, but are ill enough to warrant a carry over: 17. Leah Bracknell 18. John McCain 19. Jill Gascoine 20. Clive James The last five are for people who I think will make the list as the most deathlisty (though 4 of these are people who will be 96 or older next year, thus being too old to drop imo): 21. Betty White 22. Pierre Cardin 23. Doris Day 24. Bob Barker 25. Pope Benedict XVI

1 pointOn this day in 1826, two men who wrote the Declaration of Independence together passed away (exactly 50 years later). They were also a President-Vice President duo, and one of them claimed the other "still survived". Unknown to him, he had died a few hours earlier, and the news hadn't reached him yet. Those two people were John Adams (90) and Thomas Jefferson (83).

1 pointNot a bovine attack -- but Danniel, the local holstein who measured as the tallest dairy cow in the world, has died. Lost Coast Hay, the local feed company that cared for Danniel in his final years, shared the news on the its Facebook page yesterday. Blossom, the dairy cow previously recognized by Guiness World Records as the tallest cow on earth, was measured 6-feet 2-inches tall before her death in 2015. A Sequoia Park Zoo veterinarian confirmed in 2016 that Danniel was several inches taller than Blossom. Lost Coast Hay offered to care for Danniel in 2016, after thee Sequoia Park Zoo — who was volunteering to care for the giant animal at that time — put out the word that feeding the 6-foot 4-inch, 2,300-pound dairy cow was straining its budget. Mooooove over Blossom, there's a new 'tallest cow' in heaven. SC
