It occurred to me that the farm in this news item (appalling decision by the government, btw) UK hemp farm could lose £200,000 in crop destruction is only about 5 miles from a place called Tokers Green.

There ain't a fucking thing wrong with John Prine. I will ship TEN pounds of coffee to anyone who posts his demise prior to 2021, and it actually occurs. SC

Potentially a spot on Sir Creep prediction here. Anyone notice DLers are really good at casually predicting the prognosis for folk they dont actually pick?

Although in my defence, Prisoner X queried is far more of an internationally infamous case ala Sutcliffe or Tobin, than a Gary "No fucker had ever heard of him" Thibodeau. Always put a git or two on your team, I say!

Damn... Such a nice guy. He lived close to where I live. Already died last Friday. The burial has already been done. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die. Farewell Roy Batty.

Bit of a personal one for me, so I'll just post it and leave. Billy Love, founder of am-dram Theatre Guild Glasgow, has died: https://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/17788373.found-theatre-guild-glasgow-mr-billy-love-dies-91/ I was a member of the company for over 10 years. A sad day.
