2 pointsMy team for 2020 is in! Good luck to everyone else. Unlike last years massacre, this time I only needed to make 4 replacements, the names of which I'll reveal once the new year has arrived. It would have been 3, but I chanced my arm at a really low quality pick just in case it was accepted. It wasn't!

1 pointGeoffrey Palmer (assuming he makes it until 1 January 2020) is a must. Such a Deathlist type person and a loveable legend. It would be a shame to ignore him in the same way that Robert Hardy (another legend of a similar vintage) was ignored.

1 pointThe fact that the funkiest song of all-time was written by a tiny Jewish woman never fails to amaze me.

1 pointLongterm DDP-holics of the forum will be aware of my long running trend: dropping people who swiftly die the next year. Resume: 2019 - Philomena Lynott, Steffan Lewis, Carl Piddington 2018 - Colin Butts, Simon Ricketts (thank you Joey for reminding me of that spectacular failure!) 2017 - Keith Farnham 2016 - Caroline Aherne, Asa Briggs 2015 - Chris Woodhead, George Cole 2014 - Derek Martinus, Sandy Jardine, Jaruzelski 2013 - Glafcos Clerides, Ronald Coase So, Merry Christmas, the following people will be dropped by Pan Breed in 2020: Barry DuBois, Ozzie TV star. Kerri Parker, Playboy bunny and model school owner with the incurable brain cancer and the alternate therapies. (She's only being dropped because she feels too fringey for the co-hosts main team...) Vicky Phelan, the Irish cervical cancer campaigner Deborah James, the Sun/BBC journalist Lee Kerslake - you know who he is. Dame Carmen Callil, who seems to be on the mend, and thus is destined for the LOTL in the next 5 years...

1 pointI'm trying to be less impatient this time around, instead of sacking all of my survivors only to watch them succumb weeks or months later. But I really don't like giving people another chance. So will probably follow the usual pattern of mass redundancies, putting together a half good new team from scratch, making it less good by trying to be stylish and including an obscure Polynesian ski-jumper and a Latvian nun, with the final effort unlikely to meet expectations, finishing even beyond the UEFA cup places.

1 pointI support making Vera Lynn #1, then Kirk Douglas at #2, Olivia de Haviland at #3 and Prince Philip at #4 provided they all make it that long especially given recent news

0 pointsKing Harald`s ex-son-in-law and author & artist, Ari Behn, has killed himself on Christmas Day. Ari was 47. Ari was married to the King`s daughter and had 3 daughters. (Ari, also a MeToo victim, claimed that Kevin Spacey gropped his genitals back in 2007 at an afterparty after the Nobel Peace Prize Concert.)
