I came across a news article tonight about Al Pacino losing his balance and falling over on the red carpet at the BAFTA film awards in London tonight. Not a serious fall but possibly a sign or pointer he is ailing. I went to post it on an Al Pacino thread to find to my surprise that there is not one! So I decided to start one especially as he both getting on in age and undoubtedly iconic in popular culture and film history. https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/10876393/bafta-al-pacino-falls-over/

Well, I googled that rapper.... and then that feature song with that band... and then the former members, and then that band (had to check several people AND bands...) and then the song on that album.... Okay, next song.... biggest chart success of this Welsh musician. The video is about twice as long as the song and contains 44 uses of the word "fuck". The song itself only has one intelligible line, in french.

Madhur Jaffrey seems like a potential future candidate. She's well into her eighties and well known enough in UK.

So, not seen any belated claims of a car load of cancer mums wiped out on their way to a morning television interview so I'm assuming RadGuy's widely believed claims to have smashed this stand up - when I log in later to check out the start of that amazing alternative show on a little known UK community station I'll message the Radster and begin the negotiations for a suitable prize to reward his sterling efforts, or summat

Well done. I managed to free myself from the weed in 2003. Found it surprisingly easy. I picked the date I was going to stop, so I was prepared. The first 3 days are the worst. Just tell yourself "I gone for 3 days without one, what's another day". It gets easier after a week. Well done again and good luck with staying off them.

Nicotine free since Thursday evening and it's been hell so far. Just been searching this forum for 'lung cancer' which has sort of helped in a cathartic way.

Doesn’t make me the official spokesperson, says the one who, upon every visit, takes it upon himself to audit people’s ‘post quality’ and ‘intelligence’ in his opinion which obviously outweighs everyone else’s? More name-calling, too. You can’t stop. It’s so sad.

Well done, Rad. When you look at the greats who have won the Deathrace, being the first to win 2 in a row is no mean feat at all. Also, good luck with real life. You know where we all are if and when needed.

Well done Rad - first ever back-to-back Deathrace wins no lean feat

Oh, wow... I'd intended to - at least temporarily - quit the forum (lot of stuff going on in my personal life, deadpooling a big distraction) after my previous post 2 weeks ago. But then this morning something told me to log back on one last time and at first I thought "wow, my spidey senses wanted me to know that Deathray reacted assholishly to my tattoo? greeeat LOL" until I realized I was also a hair away from winning the Deathrace! Now, back from classes, check Twitter to see Andretti's died... fuck sake I really won it a second time in a row?

Death by humour, I would exclude in your case.

Got a couple tattoos yesterday - a semicolon on my wrist (suicide awareness), and the silhouettes of two seagulls flying on my lower forearm (in honor of my grandfather who has a similar tattoo).
