Sad news if true. I remember her from Channel 4's 'Manhattan Cable' (a few years before Clive James) and she was always hilarious. I also saw her live in Sunderland in 1995(?) - fab, of course, and my friend Mark got a kiss from her which he's never quite lived down.

But...I was thinking to myself, wouldn't it be cool if every DL pick had an approval rating, and we could officially rank the Cmmes choices by forum approval or lack of? I've tried to hunt down some details on these four on Ancestry or the GRO. I found nothing as the surnames are too common. Beatrice Neild (or Nield) is most likely deceased. From the one or two pics that do exist of her, I'd put her DOB somewhere around 1900–1910. Maureen O'Reilly – can't find a pic at all of her but possibly deceased given the age of the character she played at the time. Moore and Williams are probably alive, but long given up acting and faded into obscurity!
