I hereby award Corporal Spiny the DL Old Crem Commemorative Medal for Gallantry for his brave yet suicidally foolhardy mission of starting this thread.

If all notable foreigners were posted just there I couldn't be arsed to sift through all that, anyway. That "other" German thread you mention probably is out there somewhere, I fail to find it though. So basically this here is the general German/A-CH thread now, it just randomly also happens to have a list of 50 mentioned in it that someone left lying around accidentally. Have to dispute that, of course: Our list has been compiled in strict accordance with the up-to-datest science of deathlistry, as should be expected on this forum!

Well done GC Reptile - a truly great win. Good luck to all in 2021. I might dip my toe back in with a theme team in 2022.

A former colleague of mine who was Russian was dating someone who was very big in the local rotary club and he took her to one of these garden parties as his plus 1. Before the event she went round everyone in the lab asking what you wear to such an event. As if we were ever likely to know.

You'd have thought she would have predicted this.

I note that both democrats are currently winning in Georgia with about 40% of votes counted. In the spirit of Trump's democracy, is it acceptable to stop counting the votes now?

I'm in excellent health so my celebrity status (or lack of) would be of no interest anyway.
