Several places I could have posted this but seeing as he is a member of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame, let's dump it here. Billy "The Kid" Emerson" (wiki) being reported dead at 97 in several places on Facebook e.g. here. Rock 'n' roll and R&B singer-songwriter, probably best known for his 1955 hit "Red Hot".

That is 1 of 2 taken care of. The sub chosen, still can't @ the user, was (Wiki) Christopher Biggins who will be added to the master-list. Thanks again for pointing this out and I am glad it was solved in a timely manner.

Yikes well I'm surprised with this revelation, especially considering that she was in Doctor Who as well and that community are usually great at finding out about deaths. Anyway here's a screenshot of the GRO for her.

Interesting story ! Were you talking about this before both deaths were announced ? I remember a few coincidences about deaths, one of which being me telling a friend that Kirk Douglas would die within a week. He was annouced dead the next morning.

Especially seeing as he is struggling to be coherent these days and has to be prompted where to stand after speaking. I saw someone on BBC say they are concerned about Bidens health so he should pick John Fetterman as his running mate.Nearly spat my coffee out

I have come to terms that Jimmy Carter is immortal. Therefore, I chose Bennett.

Thank you for pointing this out @markb4. That user changed their name to 'Commtech Sio Bibble'. For some reason I can't @ them, if the mods can look into that @Paul Bearer. This is a lot clearer than the other issue you pointed out. Wiki uses the GRO as a source citing the DOD. I don't have access to the GRO, but if someone could go in and confirm this information, it would be appreciated! If/When it is confirmed that she is dead, I will use the sub that was given in the original entry and swap out the picks. Hopefully this will be updated soon!

Malika El-Aroud, one of "Europe's most prominent internet jihadists", probably complicit, along with her husband (who died in the suicide bombing) in the assassination of Afghan defence minister, Ahmad Shah Massoud in 2001, then married another terrorist, before eventually being jailed for jihadist propaganda, has died, aged 64. https://www.belganewsagency.eu/internet-jihadist-malika-el-aroud-dies-at-64 No loss.

Could be tempted to. Relatively low maintenance, monthly updates and if Scottish and non-league managers are included, I'd assume those who pick then will be quick enough to let me know if they're sacked. Think I'll wait til August anyway, let all the end of season changes happen and go from there.

EXILED FROM LIFE 2/50 (What do you mean, it's the wrong guy?) 10th January 2022 When Constantine II was unable, due to health, to make Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September, the royal ambulance chasers knew something was amiss. And so he debuted on The Crowdsourced Deathlist, only to decide he didn’t want to stay a mere ten days into the year. Constantine was King of Greece from 1964 until 1973. When the Colonels Coup happened in 1967, Constantine was forced to accept their rule and rush off to exile. In his absence, the junta abolished the monarchy. When they were ousted, Constantine returned, only to find that a referendum backed the continued abolition of his job. To his credit, he publicly supported the new republic, and eventually he returned to Greece for good where he was viewed as a historical curiosity. He suffered from heart issues in later life, and a bout of covid last night didn’t help. He was eighty-two and the second hit from this years selection.

Utterly terrible news - I met the boy a few times and he was a very nice lad, remembered his racing roots when it was a struggle. Something like this has been brewing, but to take the reigning Indy 500 champion is a huge shock. RIP Dan. *note to MPFC* - I know you're a fan of ill family members - Dan Wheldon's mum has early-onset dementia so may be one to consider. I think she's still in her 50's.
