5 pointsCrazy how a bunch of people that share such a niche interest can’t get along. We need a Netflix documentary.

2 pointsZebulon Pike died on this day 210 years ago, aged 34. - Pike was a soldier who in 1805 was sent on an expedition to find the source of the Mississippi River (shortly after the Louisiana Purchase). Among other tasks he was assigned were to expel Canadian fur traders within US borders. - Pike came across a Sioux settlement upon reaching the point where the Mississippi and Minnesota (then St. Peters) Rivers met. He made them sign a treaty- which he was not authorized to do- that would allow the US to build military bases on their land. - Pike and his group reached the trading post in February of 1806, but did not expel the traders- he simply informed them that they were in American territory and that they were to abide by American laws. - Pike returned to St. Louis, Missouri, in April, and was immediately tasked with finding the sources of the Arkansas and Red Rivers- this ended up being a reconnaissance mission assessing whether to take New Mexico from Spain (which ultimately did not happen- until 1846). He left in July. - In November of 1806, Pike and his men explored an uncharted mountain in what is now Colorado. While they did not reach the summit, the mountain was named after him (Pikes Peak). - Pike and his men stationed in what is now southern Colorado, then Mexican territory. Spanish authorities captured them in February 1807, releasing them in Louisiana in July. - Pike was killed while serving in the War of 1812 during the Battle of York (now Toronto), when he was struck by debris after British troops destroyed their fort's ammunition building.

1 pointI don't really know anything new, but he's been persona non grata with the Royals, the locals and anyone else who matters since he dumped Penny and ran off to the Bahamas to live with another woman. He crept back a few years later with his tail between his legs, but was unforgiven. The claims of poor health might be a tactful excuse for keeping his head down.

1 pointI dreamed that we were in November and the DeathList was still on 0/50, and there were likewise no real celebrity/deadpool-relavant deaths of note in that timeframe. Muazzez Ilmiye Cig's November death was the first in ages to even impact a deadpool, and the DL was so desperate at being 0/50 for so long that they edited Steve "Mongo" McMichael onto the list, only for him not to die as well. I don't even want to envision the forum if we ever had a drought even remotely close to that!

1 pointYeah, I used to watch it sometimes. I particularly enjoyed the ones where women called Lakshandaqua ( or other stupid made up fucking names) would shuffle on to the set, legs barely able to carry the 300+ lbs of weight of their tits to have Maury, oh so sincere Maury, help her find who the daddy was out of 11 semi literate males, normally called Dayshawn or Tee, or summat. God Bless America!

1 pointAre you trying to get a troll crown or something? This piece of blatant racism, which I can only assume is done on purpose for reaction. Elsewhere you criticize local covid19 behaviour whilst not only admitting but even boasting that you are the only person posting here who has flown across the Atlantic twice during the epidemic (and unless for undisclosed business reasons, only for social ones). Elsewhere again you post 'classy' as if Joey's gag was in any way out of the ordinary for this site. The inconsistency is masterful. Oh, and you're still posting in third person like an absolute arse.

1 pointI suppose Paul Chelimo (Kenyan born, Silver Medallist 2016), Kerron Clement (Trinidadian born, Gold Medallist 2016), Morolake Akinosun (Nigerian born, Gold Medallist 2016), all part of Team USA, also fall under your disdain? Also since you seem incapable of a google search, Christine Ohuruogu was born in London.
