He had been seriously so very ill since 2016. Bit surprised by some people saying it's a shock sudden death. RIP to a genuine legend. A very sad day.

First off can I apologise for stupidly and inadvertently posting my prediction in the 8th death thread instead of this one before it was closed down. I guess I just coudn't believe we're on the 9th death prediction this soon! Anyway as I said in the other thread I'll stick with Leslie Phillips ,even though I was tempted to go for Murray Walker to continue the Motor racing theme.

Happy Easter to the 3 users that went for Sir Sterling Moss as social Media rumors are coming in that he's just become the 8th hit of 2020!

Stirling Moss was hit number 8. Congrats to @Steve, @Sir Creep and @BeretBleu for being right on the money.

This is trivial but worth a mention. Brooke-Taylor is the second cast member of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory to die in the last week. The other being dwarf actor Malcolm Dixon. Asides from the living child actors, the only surviving cast are now Wilkinson and Goffe of the oompa loompas, unless Shin Hamano (b. 1928), the Japanese candy store owner, is still alive in obscurity somewhere.

I'll do @Cat O'Falk a favour: Where is the 'no more deaths' option?? Tom for me.

Ok, the last hit that counted was Javier Perez de Cuellar on March 5th. After that hit every player who wants to play within the next round (which runs up to the next hit) has the oppurtunity to send in his team. This team can be the same as last round or maybe a new one or maybe some picks are changed or snatched from other players. A hit means, that this person was within a team of current players. Current players are Bibliogryphon, YoungWillz, Death Impends and me. Others come and go, everyone is welcome! So join us, but please send in a correct team: A pick can't be used twice in one round (e.g. I have Pierre Cardin and you also picked him, but I sent my team first, so you can't pick him) and has to be the right year of birth (e.g. Vera Lynn was not born in 1920). Also, this game is called 20/20 which contains the years 1920 to 1929. Not 1930. Everything's clear now?

It's his gimmick, you'll tire of it but eventually learn to ignore it. A less nuanced Sir Creep if you will. A thread where people guess who will be next to die and he's getting pissy about someone congratulating the ones who got it right. We're all ghouls, some just like to pretend they're a better class of ghoul.

Why are you so fucking upset all the time ? Serious question

'Notable' doesn't necessarily mean 'famous'. I think GUN qualifies. Notable A. adj. 1. Worthy or deserving of attention, esp. on account of excellence, value, or importance; significant in size or amount; noteworthy, remarkable, striking, signal, eminent. (OED)
