Samuel told me that they did a television episode in the early 1960s. I'm assuming that's how they met. The irony of Bryan Johnson is he's trying not to age, but in the process has made himself look older than his actual age of 47. Looked great in 2015, looks like a freak now. The key to ageing well is don't fuck about with your face and body too much, drink alcohol moderately, eat sensibly, don't smoke, exercise and drink tons of water. Honestly, that's all there is to it. Having good genes helps too ofc but that's outside your control.
