It will be my intention to run 20/20 + 2 which is still proving to be enormous fun for a handful of players but that is the only game I run that is a calendar year. However both my other games are one hit away from ending so we could easily be in to a Silver Screen or Scavenger Hunt preseason at the end of the year (or we could still be here in 12 months)

Rose West could be a good pick, considered "clinically extremely vulnerable" due to being hugely overweight and suffered a bad reaction from the vaccine. Around two thirds of the people on this year's list were over 90, however there are a lot of good picks who are under 90 and not nonagenarians who'll live until 102. West, Milos Zeman, Marianne Faithfull, Frank Field, Jerry Lee Lewis, Martti Ahtisaari, George Alagiah, de Klerk...

Elke Sommer turns 81 today. As one of the last surviving cast members of A Shot In The Dark and And Then There Were None among other films, she may well be worth considering for the 2022 DL. No recent health information, just a hunch 2022 may be her year and that she’ll go at the age of 81. I really hope I’m wrong but then again my Yaphet Kotto hunch turned out to be correct and he was 81......

I will start with mine - it’s not going to be dramatic and I doubt any remotely surprising picks will make either my main team or my them teams. How is everyone else’s going ?

90 year old Virginia McKenna on the BBC News Channel right now. Looks and sounds pretty good - but she's 90....

Taboo, one of the rappers for the Black Eyed Peas, recently had stage II testicular cancer, and had one of them removed (there must be a peas/balls joke in here somewhere): https://www.survivornet.com/articles/black-eyed-peas-rapper-taboo-on-testicular-cancer-symptoms-masking-as-a-broken-tailbone-and-welcoming-miracle-baby-after-chemo/

I'll be starting research for my 1986 TOTP theme team in a week or so - several names are picking themselves, but I'm never sure they will all make the starting line tbh. My comedy team will probably (with a couple of changes) be exactly the same as this year - a total strike out this year (despite some previous picks expiring - so personal survivors list will look better - or should that be worse?). My main team - haven't decided. Do I go with some high profile popular picks or continue my desperate attempt to get 20 uniques? All the usual pointlessness - I don't participate in all the who might be dying forums, tweetblasts, internet dooberries, blah blah blah, in desperate attempts to score points. Had a year off from most of the games this year, which was good. I'll probably be back for some.

I work on mine throughout the year but I have recently decided to seperate out my shadow list and my predict the official list as there are a lot of names on my shadow list that I do not think the committee would consider prime example being Timothy Dudley-Smith

Christian Wakeford, Tory MP for Bury South, walked up to Owen Paterson yesterday and called him a cunt. Obviously this is marvellous, but it’s worth noting he’s a red wall Tory with a majority of less than 1% so this was likely a novel job preservation exercise.
