Masum Babul was a three-time winner of the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Choreography. It might be more than three actually, as nobody's updated the Wikipedia page for the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Choreography since 2018. Anyway, he's dead now, and Arghton turns more to ARRRRGGHHHHton as gcreptile goes 17-0 up in their clash. Civil rights activist and 2x Presidential candidate Jesse Jackson looking really frail at the Selma march w/ President Biden and Al Sharpton. Not speaking or moving. Turns 83 next year and has had Parkinson's since 2017 and had a long stay in the hospital for COVID in 2021. Definitely should be on the radar

Antoninus Pius died on this day 1862 years ago, aged 74. - Antoninus was born as "Titus Aurelius Fulvius Boionius Arrius Antoninus". - Antoninus married Faustina the Elder, the niece of the emperor Hadrian, around the year 110. Hadrian adopted Antoninus in 138, therefore he married his adoptive cousin. - Antoninus ordered the construction of the Antonine Wall in modern-day Scotland in 142. It took twelve years to complete, and marked the northernmost border of the Roman Empire; it would later be abandoned in 162 and the Romans retreated to Hadrian's Wall. - With a reign of over 22 years, Antoninus was the second-longest reigning Roman emperor at the time, after Augustus (his length would be surpassed by Constantine the Great in 329). - As Antoninus entered old age, he began to wear corsets to maintain his balance. - Antoninus' last meal before his death was a plate of Gruyere cheese.

Tbh this is the first time I actually feel like this might be it for Superstar. At the very least they seem like actual health issues and not him overreacting for stubbing a toe or something

Tom Lehman, the consistent American professional golfer, a former number 1 ranked golfer (for a single week), who is the only professional player in history to be voted "Player of the Year" on all three tours operated by the PGA Tour, who won the Open Championship, his most important victory and his only major title, in 1996, is 64 today. Donna Murphy, the brilliant film, stage, television actress and singer, an exceptional stage actress who won two Tony Awards for her performances in Stephen Sondheim's "Passion" (1994) and "The King and I" (1996), probably best known for her role as District Attorney Morgan Graves on NBC's daytime television drama "Another World", and, most recently, as Mrs. Astor on "The Gilded Age", who was born in New York City, is 64 today.

Funny how songs both immediately sprung into our heads. I was thinking of "Danger! High Voltage" by Electric Six.

Perennially ill Finnish schlager singer Kristian "Kisu" Jernström diagnosed with "agressive submucosal stomach cancer", but (somehow) doesn't sound too serious. He survived laryngeal cancer a few years ago, has a congenital pancreatic anomaly, others ailments (and was a heavy drinker in the past)

How is this guy still alive? This video is from 2014: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Yfj6Ja86lCs After the 10 minute mark, you can see Belafonte and Sidney Poitier together, and the now late Poitier easily looked in healthier form.

Sue Carroll was on the first DDP team I ever sent in - properly, not counting the 2011 horror show. She died a week early, and I found out by my phone's web browser during the family Christmas weekend dinner. Had to pretend my inadvertent "Dammit!" aloud was due to stubbing my toe. Always get annoyed thinking of her.

If Charlotte Rae ,90 year old horse jockeys and a bunch of other randos can have their own thread then the most commercially succesful pop band of the 20th Century meet the bar for one easily. plus that notorious thread about British midget wrestling... Just fuck off you c**t. Why are you being so grumpy? Did children steal your morning milk? You are taking the piss. If you want to contribute, join. You are nothing more than a fucking parasite. Continually posting as a guest makes you an irritating second account c**t.
