Ok, so just got this news. Let us not forget he was a hawk, a warmonger, a trickle-down economist who expected the American people shafted by the banks to work extra hard to bail them out under all that Arizona folksiness. Nevertheless, as is usual with such folks, they realise too late when their God is opening his arms that maybe, just maybe, there's a better way. His denigration of and votes against Trump policies were probably part of that. And let us not forget that probably every game runner including myself has been put to a lot more work for little reward than Joe The Plumber was ever promised. Goodbye John, and good luck.

Feel bad for the McCain family, but I can't really bring myself to like him. For all the good things he did, there was a ton of bad. From saying "I hate the gooks", to singing "bomb bomb bomb Iran", to inflicting Sarah Palin and the Tea Party upon America.

Yeah, sounds fair. I hear that both Corbyn and her have even refused to watch that film Jumanji.

RIP... he was mostly opportunistic and sold out his supposed ideals a couple of times. I guess his loss to Bush Jr. broke him somewhat. But he was very skilled at keeping relevant and playing to the press. He was an asshole you wanted to have on your side.

Dalton was far from terrible. He played the part with a greater sense of reality, only Craig has done that since. All others have played the part with a high degree of tongue in cheek. Nothing wrong in that at all but comparing Moore with Dalton, as an example, is like trying to compare that 60s abortion Casino Royale with Skyfall.

FACTS OF DEATH 8/50 6th August 2018 Actress Charlotte Rae has died to give The Crowdsourced Deathlist another success. She was best known as Edna Garrett in Diff'rent Strokes (a show in which she outlived several of the younger cast), and the character was spun off into its own show, The Facts of Life. Previously to the role which gave her fame, she had roles in all the early regular American TV of the 1950s and 60s, from Play of the Week to The Phil Silvers Show. She also had success as a Broadway actress, twice nominated for Tony Awards. Rae continued acting well into her 80s with appearances in ER and Girl Meets World. Reports of Rae's battle with cancer were widely sourced last year, which led to her debuting on the list in 14th place.
