As opposed to the traditional Eastenders offering of rape, domestic abuse, suicide and Sonia Jackson?

I don't think the Duchess of Kent has been an official working royal for a long time. She does her own thing. She more or less dropped her royal title, and she and the Duke have been married in name only for years.

I've been fortunate enough to graduate 3 times in various forms and on none of these occasions did I actually receive the award off the university's Chancellor. The first two were at Lancaster, and it should have been Chris Bonnington, the mountaineer. To keep it on topic, he took over from Princess Alexandra, whom the main square on campus is named after. These days it's Alan Milburn, the former Labour MP and an alumnus. A poor choice IMO given James May is also an alumnus.

I think the Duchess of Kent will go before the Duke. I got my degree conferred by her.

I never thought it was a good format for a gameshow tbh. Really tried to get into it several times. I don't understand the point in asking a question backwards. Is it supposed to be quirky? Does it make you extra smart? Is it more entertaining? No. I think we're dealt a good hand in the UK with The Chase, Eggheads, Millionaire etc. Though we have had some real shit too admittedly. "Cleverdicks" hosted by Ann Widdecombe springs to mind.

Do you know why it was deleted (Sir Creep asks, before we see a dozen subsequent threads posted and deleted for the same reason)??

On that basis, I'd argue George Floyd's death to be the most significant. Connery is one of many, like Kirk Douglas and Livvie De Havilland that is up there for most famous though.

3 months might be lucky, tbh. Cameo in one of my favourite X-Files eps as a Man in Black!
