Two notable names on my radar joining the 100 club today: Eddie Robinson (wiki), oldest living Major League Baseball player and last survivor of the 1943 Navy World Series. Peter Lloyd OBE (wiki), Australian aviator. Both WWII vets, and both borderline chances of QOs I reckon. Edit: Both dead now.

Social media was supposed to make us happy....but it seems that every supposedly great innovation only causes more depression.

Sir Creep himself gave has given the blessing to be designated Sir Cunt til the New Year. It has been done, no other way to quite get in the jovial Cuntmas season mood.

Okay, kill this thread if it's redundant, but I think Australian Daily Soap "Home and Away" is a total death trap, possibly because of cheap sets full of toxic plastic sets. Here's the proof: In 2001: Megan Connolly - drug overdose at 27. In 2006: Belinda Emmett dead of cancer at 32 - press link is obsolete, but it's noted on the forum. Right now: Johnny Ruffo, diagnosed with cancer at 29, now 32. In 2014: Tessa James has Hodgkin's lymphoma at 23, but survives. In 2016: Russell Kiefel, collapsed on stage and died shortly after. At age 65. In 2017: Jessica Falkholt, in a deadly car crash at 29 (she was dizzy because of the toxic fumes). In 2018: Catherine Godbold dead at 43 of cancer. In 2018: Cornelia Frances dead at 77 of bladder cancer. Also in 2018: Olivia Deeble, hospitalized with a brain swelling at 18. In 2019: Annalise Braakensiek, "found dead", in her home at 46. In 2019: Ben Unwin, "found dead" at 41. In 2019: Darius Perkins, dead of cancer at 54. In 2019: Joel McIlroy charged with assault, blames it on his Huntington's disease. In 2020: Dee Thomas has cancer at 54. In 2020: Mick Innes dead of lung disease at 67. And of course, Heath Ledger's suicide in 2008 because the cancerous fumes gave him depression. Also, here is a list, which is incomplete: https://home-and-away-soap-opera.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Home_And_Away_actors_who_have_died. Most of those actors/actresses get QOs, and it seems there are about 2 early deaths per year, so maybe it's worth paying more attention to this show.

Really don't understand why so many people dislike Alan Sugar so much. He gets on people's tits and I find it quite funny. Plus the people he rubs up the wrong way are often those we love to see getting wound up anyway i.e. Piers Morgan, Jeremy Corbyn, Donald Trump.

That's faulty and should be sent back for a refund surely? It's supposed to recharge it, my phone one does.

I'm rarely surprised by omissions from DL because the Cmme are the Cmme and a law unto themselves, but if either Rush Limbaugh or James Whale miss out on DL2021 (not through dying this month) I will be genuinely gobsmacked because both are their type of picks to a T.

It seems that DDP pick football player Jack Mansell already died in 2016: https://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/2016/march/jack-mansell-1927--2016/ Picked twice this year.

I thought this was, as with Owen Wilson's suicide attempt, Mary-Kate Olsen's pussy is a natural depressant?

Phew! Just saw Julie Andrews trending on twitter and feared the worst but turns out it was just because her casting in a new Netflix series had been announced.

Harsh but fair, for a bunch of sqauwkers who had a brief burst of fame in the early 80's and then a bit of a run off a tragic TV show in the 00's they have outsized media coverage. Their agent is a genius.

We could send our own lachrymal delegate if there's a worry they might come up short.

Today is the 60th anniversary of the first tied Test match between West Indies and Australia. Somewhat surprisingly the guy who was out to cause the tie, Ian Meckiff (born 1935), the guy who ran him out, Joe Solomon (born 1930) and the guy who was bowling, Wes Hall (born 1937) are all still alive.

Has all the hallmarks of the Jade Goody saga. Gets a reality tv show to document her final few months. No surprise Linda says she is looking for romance, big earner from Hello and OK magazines as the dying bride marries. With Colleen and the rest of the Loose Women as bridesmaids crying of course.
