In 2018, he began serving a 12-year prison sentence. But the Supreme Court annulled the case, citing procedural errors. Lula da Silva is also a survivor of throat cancer. This is not an attempt to sabotage this song - music is very much a personal taste thing - but I was unfamiliar with this record when I saw it on the list and I've now listened to it 4 or 5 times to try and 'get it' but I can't (it just never seems to get started) which makes me even more surprised it is flying so high on the list.
