I don't do much DeathList Dreaming, but I have many, many vivid dreams. They range from "totally fruitbat" to "needs to go back to therapy". My unconscious remake of Noah's Ark is legendary among my friends, but it's not relevant here. A few nights ago about 100 of us went to Tebay Services just off the M6. We agreed Cumbria was the best location for a DLCon. There was a marquee set up with plastic chairs. No one introduced themselves, spoke, or made eye contact. I did see that Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol was in the crowd, as well as the Gruffalo and some guy with my exact face. Then some blonde middle-aged woman named Theresa went up to the podium and started promoting her new book and talking about her gardening project. Scarcely a mention of deadpooling. After she was done everybody left silently and went to their cars, but I don't drive so how I got home is unclear.

Charles Curtis died on this day 87 years ago, aged 76. - Curtis was the first (and so far only) Native American US Vice President- he was 3/8 Native, and a member of the Kaw Nation. Here's a video that goes into more detail: - Curtis was a polyglot whose mother taught him French and the Kansa language. - Before getting into politics, Curtis was a horse racing jockey. - Curtis was elected to the US House of Representatives in 1892, and served there until being elected to the US Senate during a seat vacancy. He was not reelected when Kansas' state legislature became a Democrat-majority, but was re-elected in 1914 after the passage of the 17th Amendment, and served until becoming Herbert Hoover's VP. He was the Senate Majority Leader from 1924 to 1929. - Curtis inaugurated the 1932 Olympics in Los Angeles.

I don't see any error in Rick's score, where do you think it happened? Edit: I think you missed TQR's voting which took him down by 6

Back in harness today after a week's holiday in Canaries. The hotel ran a music quiz night last Friday Effectively the deciding question (as GAB and I triumphed over international opposition) was 'how old is Tina Turner?', which no one else knew. Moral of the story - deadpooling can win you free booze.

Great Monday so far. I’m still limping after waking up to the most enormous and searingly painful leg cramp, I dropped my phone under my car seat, and just now I’ve managed to pour hot coffee over myself. I can’t believe the left-wing establishment have done this to me.

I will have to refer to the Dail Mail. Apologies. Here from December. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2863026/I-m-totally-deaf-awful-arthritis-says-Cilla-Star-71-says-falling-apart.html She seems to indicate there she's not going anywhere. Not a psychic then. She was saying in that one that she said 75 would be a good age to go. Well she went 3 years too early, which is a shame as we could of had her on the 2018 death list, 72 nowadays isn't young but it is hardly really old.

There is of course the 'Search' button. Its not half as useless as some people make out. If everyone did so, what would pedants have to whine about? We'd find something, don't worry.
