Aww, RIP the post about me being the bestest (ok, 3rd bestest, but bronze is a result imo) on Deathlist. Even Scrooge (my middle name - see that S!) smiled briefly. Not capitalising my name though, sorry, contrarian sod, remember. Well, I say that, one of the admins could, I don't particularly care, but if they were doing that they could change the tagline at the same time to Demented Glaswegian or something till I come up with anything better. Anyhow, I digress, much like this thread has, but anyhow, much like Leah, we can all continue to post shite in the morning.

Geoffrey Ellis died in February, but I didn't like to report it as it seemed twitter gossip and I couldn't tie the obit I saw to the man himself. Anyway, the man who was persuaded by Epstein (and who was a childhood friend of his from the 'Pool) to head up NEMS Enterprises now has a Times Obit: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/geoffrey-ellis-obituary-gtnc22d83 Edit: One of the last people known to have seen Epstein alive. The only other one now surviving is Peter Brown. (He called to say he was ok....)...

No, it's because they started out as a church youth football team called Southampton St Mary's. St Mary's is the main church in Southampton hence the district also called St Mary's, which is where the new(ish) stadium is. The old stadium was of course The Dell. When I lived in Southampton, St Mary's was a very run-down area, home to the red light area where the girls used to sit in windows, Amsterdam-style.

Not as great of a dictator as Donald Trump. He'll tell ya, he's the best dictator you'll ever know, and any evidence against that is fake news.

Michael Douglas is a living hero, he often finds himself in situations where women take advantage of him (basic instinct, fatal attraction, disclosure) and he tries to fix the situation, so respect him. All this bs about these liberal women doing this 'me too' rubbish, what about MD??

And I see the new Tasmanian government want to relax gun ownership laws. You'd almost think Port Arthur happened in a different state. Pillocks.
