5 pointsNo worries Sean. According to the guidelines that Deathray set out when I took over, I am contractually obliged to rant at least half a dozen times about the teams that have been submitted. I haven't reached my quota yet!

2 pointsI just noticed that the tide is high is from 1980 and was also on this list eliminated back on page 4. Having three number ones in a year is pretty impressive and must be quite rare.

2 pointsI think we had a similar thing with The English Beat (some shite L.A. band or summat called The Beat)

2 pointsJack Smith, an Associated Press photographer who captured unforgettable shots of the eruption of Mount St. Helens, the Exxon-Valdez oil spill, boxer Mike Tyson biting off part of Evander Holyfield's ear, and weeping figure skater Tonya Harding at the Olympics during a 35-year career with the news organisation, has died. He was 80. Smith passed away on Jan. 4 at his home in La Mesa, California. He had cancer and had been in hospice care. SC

2 pointsGrandmother was an alcoholic. Father was a prescription drug addict and had a terrible diet. She has a history of opioid addiction, and I'm willing to bet that when the autopsy comes out she had at least one in her system. So I don't think genetics are the biggest factor here.

2 pointsI once met someone who saw one of Williams' final games - for Skegness Town - and the guy told me Williams' late career football was so skilfully challenged he had already started his comedy career! He was the kind of defender who specialised in stifling skilful forwards, if memory serves me correctly he turned out well over 150 times as a pro and scored only one goal.

1 pointBelieve it or not, I have not watched any of the Harry interviews or intend to read his book (partly because all the best bits have pretty much been on the news all week). It was on the news that I heard him moaning about how hard done by he was because the rest of the family flew off in a private jet without him when they were rushing to the Queen's bedside at Balmoral. From memory was it not the case that as the Queen was quickly slipping away, everybody was keen the get to Balmoral yet he was allegedly still arguing about how Meghan should get to come too? Did his plane not land in the UK some hours after the Queen died? It strikes me that this shows how selfish he actually is, more than anything else. It also shows how narcissistic he is. He has made the fact that they didn't wait more about him rather than the fact that the rest of them, including two of the Queen's children, were really just desperately trying to get to Balmoral before she died to be beside her. But no, he thinks they should have waited for him to finish his histrionics and for his plane to come, despite the fact that she died hours before hand. If he couldn't be there, why should they get to? In the end, of course, they were all too late to get there with the exception of those who were already in Scotland. But can you really blame the rest of the family, who had a shot at perhaps making it on time, leaving without Harry who had no hope in hell of getting there before she died? If it should transpire that Harry did cause a delay in getting the others there, I can't say I would blame them for resenting Harry. Nothing to do with the institution, but everything about being the family that he keeps going on about. Selfish, self-indulgent bastard.

1 pointWe’re talking about 8 years here. At this age, looking good doesn’t mean anything. Look at Bessie Hendricks who looked way better than fusa tatsumi for example

1 pointAgree with Ulitzer, and I've said as much before. When I was that age (and younger), half the girls in my class at school were at it like rabbits. Nobody was being coerced or abused, it was just natural desires. I'm continually shocked by how puritanical the young of today are compared with my generation.
