Reminds me of the priest whose church was being threatened by a flood. As the waters rose, one of his parishioners with a small boat floated past the church and called for the priest to get into the boat and save himself. "No" said the priest, "l'll be fine. The Lord will provide for me." A while later, as the flood waters rose to the second floor of the church, other parishioners came by in another boat and pleaded with the priest to get into the boat and save himself. "No," replied the priest. "I place my faith in the Lord." Later still, the waters rose up the church steeple and, as the priest hung on tightly so that he wasn't washed away, another boat came by. But still the priest refused to get into the boat. Eventually, the flood waters covered the church, and the priest was swept away and drowned. When he got to heaven, Saint Peter met the priest at the pearly gates. The priest approached Saint Peter perplexed and even a little angry. "I had faith in the Lord," he said, "why didn't he assist me in my hour of need?" "Well," said Saint Peter, "We did send three boats, you know."

Not a fan of starting new threads but I think this man is notable enough. He has presented on LBC for over 40 years and is well known for his early breakfast show where he chastises celebrities and rants on about life. A few years ago he had stents put in, but over the last year or two he has suffered from numerous health issues for which he has had to he hospitalised for. He's 67, has been off multiple times this year due to emergency procedures (sometimes announcing he was returning the next day and then pulling out just an hour before) and this is a man who never took one day off in about 10 years prior to that. He is back again now since 9th August but his illnesses seem to be getting more and more frequent. He was also a chainsmoker for many years until giving up when he had an angina attack... Maybe one to watch.

Yes, admired @gcreptile... his son is a star in Mexico and... outside of Mexico, too. Alejandro Fernández is a popular Latin Grammy-winning singer of ballads, love songs and mariachi music. He's nicknamed as "El Potrillo" ("The Little Colt") by the media and his fans. Well known outside Mexico, Alejandro Fernández has played in many of the world's great venues, including New York's Madison Square Garden. He has sold over 20 million albums worldwide. He originally specialized in Mexican music, such as mariachi and ranchera. However, his more recent works has focused on pop music. Alejandro Fernández has performed with artists like: Nelly Furtado, Gloria Estefan, Chayanne, Plácido Domingo, Marc Anthony, José Carreras, Julio Iglesias, Franco De Vita or Beyoncé Knowles. He was awarded the Latin Grammy for Best Ranchero Performance in 2000. He's a big name about Mexican and Hispanic Music. Even if I can say it... he's my favourite Latin singer.

I picked him in deadpools in 2020 here and there because of a supposed cancer diagnosis. But then apparently, it turned out it wasn't cancer after all. Still, the earlier cancer was real and he does seem to be in declining health. His son is also a bit of a star in Mexico.

I say that Bill Wyman and Ronnie Wood will go soon enough, Mick Jagger in the next 2-3 years but Keith Richards? Keith Richards has cheated death so much, that I say that Keith will outlive the rest by many years (I think Keith will live to his late 80's)

currently on an 127 days drought what we're trying to beat here is 151 days. (2011) after that we got 175 days (2003-2004) 177 days (2000-2001) and then 183 days (2002-2003) So it seems to be already in the top 5 longest droughts of the millenium
