As promised a movie survivors deadpool. RULES Pick a film with at least three (or four) remaining cast members and submit the name of the film and the three selected cast members on this forum The first player to have all three of their cast members die wins the round. No two players can pick the same film but are allowed to duplicate cast members If two players end up with their single remaining pick being the same performer then they are obliged to add a tie breaker to their team this can be any member of their film's cast or crew. At the end of the round entries are wiped and everyone picks again. All films in the previous rounds are out of bounds (though could be reintroduced in the subsequent round). Winning films will go into the Hall of Fame and are out of bounds for the whole game. Entries start from Monday 20th August but late entries will be permitted. However late entries may not duplicate actors.

Presumably he had to resign as a ref because he wouldn't have been able to referee any more Huddersfield Town games due to his obvious favouritism?

Aye! Everybody's a fucking expert after the event.

Petula Clark is 85 now. If Vera Lynn deserves her own thread, Petula does too. Released a new album at the end of last year so I expect this thread to be quiet for a while. It is ready for when it is needed, though.

Not sure this is the right thread, but, between us, we will have come up with 100,000 extra-curricular posts very shortly. Currently on 99,961 not out. Congratulations everybody!

I was lucky to see her last tour at the MEN in Manchester in 2015 and whilst she was very late, moody and generally what I’d expected as I’m not a fan, the show physically fit a women her age was amazing. So unlikely she’ll go soon via natural causes. On plus side my Grindr was busy that evening ☺️

If they have the right to moan that she didn’t make the list somewhere, it’s the Crowdsource list because she just didn’t make that list.

Aretha Franklin's demise rearranges the scoreboard, with the majority of teams (including the last couple of straddling clean sheets) feeling like a Chain of Fools for picking her. R-E-S-P-E-C-T to the eight teams who opted otherwise - particularly theoldlady, who takes the lead and must Feel Like a Natural Woman at playing this game. 1. theoldlady 4 2. machotrouts 6 3. I'm in. After a good period of research, I came up with . . . . . .The Longest Day, Dewey Martin, Patrick Jordan and Michael Medwin, all born in 1923! Then before posting I looked again and shitbox if it ain't already taken. 12 million movies out there and someone finds the same one I did. Oh well, going with my backup then: A Bridge Too Far, 1977 Sean Connery 1930 Gene Hackman 1930 Ryan O'Neal 1941 It's a longshot, but at least the actors are all household names.
